We will, however, refund the postage back to you if the need for an exchange is as a result of a mistake made by us (e.g. we sent out the incorrect size). We would consider that reasonable care has not been taken of the goods.

The tracking number will be valid for your check within 48 hours after you receive the email.We sincerely suggest you add us to your email list so that you can get confirmation about your order from us. And remember to check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you do not receive a reply in 3 days.

We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by us. If the returning package does not include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund.
